Fresh Food Factory is a multi-vendor food marketplace connecting Washington DC consumers, businesses, and government agencies with local farms and food suppliers. We support B2C, B2B, and B2G purchasing.
Yes! SNAP/EBT-eligible products are clearly marked with a badge. During checkout, select "Pay with SNAP/EBT" and enter your card details. Only eligible items can be purchased with SNAP funds.
Click "Become a Supplier" and fill in your application. We review all applications within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you can list products and start receiving orders.
Yes. B2B buyers get access to bulk pricing, minimum order quantities, and the RFQ (Request for Quote) system. Register a B2B account to unlock these features.
Government agencies register a B2G account, then issue solicitations through our platform. CBE-certified DC suppliers are notified and can submit bids. Agencies can then award contracts and issue purchase orders.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SNAP/EBT (for eligible items). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Vendors receive 80% of each sale. Earnings are calculated automatically when an order is marked complete and paid out weekly via Stripe Connect to your linked bank account.
Yes. We use SSL encryption, Stripe for all payment processing (we never store card data), and enforce strict role-based access controls so each user only sees what they're supposed to see.
We currently serve the Washington DC metropolitan area. Delivery coverage varies by vendor — each vendor's profile lists their coverage area.
Vendor certifications vary and are displayed on each vendor's profile page. Common certifications include USDA Organic, Non-GMO, CBE (DC Certified Business Enterprise), and USDA food safety compliance.
